Changes & cancellations
Reschedule or cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment. For changes inside that window, call the salon.
If you are running late, please call the salon. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Color and chemical services require a consultation.
Children may accompany clients only when they have their own appointment.
